Returns & Exchange Policy

• Complaints submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted for exchange or return.
• Unwashed, unworn, incorrect, or defective items may be exchanged for the same brand (subject to stock availability) within 7 days of delivery.
• Unstitched products purchased from Zaib Fashion will not be eligible for any claims or exchanges once they have been stitched, even if any part of the set is missing.
• For non-damaged items, shipping costs (both ways) will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Zaib Fashion will cover shipping charges for defective or incorrect items, excluding international orders. For international orders, our team will assess the case and provide a suitable resolution.
• Items that have been washed, dried, damaged, or stained will not be accepted for exchange. This includes items that have shrunk or been damaged in a dryer.
• Zaib Fashion is not responsible for color bleeding, print damage, or fading due to washing.
• Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Product add-ons (e.g., matching trousers or dupattas) cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
