CANCELLATION POLICY

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Cancel within 24 hours if not yet dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

Paid Orders – Cancellations

  • Cancel within 24–48 hours of placing the order.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations are only possible in special cases with Zaib Fashion approval.

  • Zaib Fashion may cancel orders if stock is unavailable, a system error occurs, or payment verification fails.

Important:

  • Use the same email or phone number from your order details for cancellation requests.

Refund & Compensation Policy

  • No cash or bank refunds are provided.

  • Approved cancellations will receive a store credit/voucher equal to the paid amount, usable on your next purchase.
