At Zaib Fashion, we offer a customer-friendly exchange policy, allowing customers to exchange products if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase..

However, certain conditions apply:

  • Zaib Fashion, ensures customer satisfaction with a 7-day exchange policy for any problem you may face.
  • Please note: that claims will only be accepted if made within 7 days of the original delivery date.’
  • Similarly, any unstitched product purchased from Sanaulla will not be eligible for claims or exchanges once it has been stitched, even if there are missing pieces
  • In case of a change of mind, delivery charges will be borne by the customer Zaib Fashion,will only be responsible in case of a product defect
  • Please note: Sale purchases are non-exchangeable unless the item delivered is defective or damaged
  • To exchange a product, customers must first send it to our address. Once we receive the item, a discount code will be issued, which can be used on the next purchase.
